Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current license in good standing in the practicing state(s).
• Current immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or Supervising Pharmacist as required.
• Oversee financial performance of the department including sales, margins, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual and communicate standards to staff.
• Manage daily operations of the pharmacy department.
• Promote pharmacy growth through company initiatives and community relationships.
• Perform immunizations according to company standards and expectations.
• Ensure staff provide outstanding customer service.
