Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to oversee regulatory compliance and daily operations of the in-store pharmacy in New Hampshire. You will lead staff, manage performance, and ensure exceptional customer service while growing the pharmacy business within the local community.

The role requires a pharmacy degree, active license, immunizing certification, and flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy and license in good standing.
• Current immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Knowledge of state and Federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge or Supervising Pharmacist as required; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee financial performance, sales growth, margins, and payroll.
• Maintain Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual and train staff accordingly.
• Manage daily pharmacy operations and staffing, including hiring and development.
• Immunize customers according to company policy and guidelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service and patient counseling.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community to grow the pharmacy business.
