• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing and operations.
• Experience with state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy; refer to medical providers as needed.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and in compliance with laws and policies.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow, scheduling, and staff performance; ensure training and performance reviews.
• Support immunization, diagnostic testing, and wellness services in line with Walgreens offerings.
• Engage with patients and healthcare providers to promote pharmacy services and optimize outcomes.
