Qualifications

• Experience with prescription dispensing and applicable state/federal controlled substances laws.
• Leadership and performance review history considerations for internal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, privacy, generics and OTC products.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow, scheduling, staff roles, and coordination of activities.
• Lead training and formal performance reviews to drive staff development.
