Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and generics.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Reviews and accurately dispenses prescribed medications in compliance with laws.
• Ensures pharmacy regulations and policies are followed and oversees staffing and scheduling.
• Maintains pharmacy IT systems, inventory, billing, and clinical documentation.
• Partners with store leadership to develop new business opportunities and improve patient experience.
