Qualifications

• Pharmacist must be licensed in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Mentor and educate pharmacy technicians to support the team.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer policies, state and federal laws.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff; drive patient care.
• Oversee operations in absence of the pharmacist in charge.
• Provide immunizations and clinical services where permitted.
• Align daily activities with department goals and patient needs.
