Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The role focuses on compassionate patient care, accurate prescription dispensing, and leadership in a community setting.

You will collaborate with technicians and healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, be licensed in the practice state, and have experience in a retail/community setting.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.
• Licensed pharmacist in the practice state.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• Retail/Community practice experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy system and applicable policies/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and team members.
• Oversee and mentor pharmacy technicians; drive growth of the pharmacy business.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer policies, state and federal laws.
