Job summary

Meijer Pharmacy in Indiana is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our family-focused team. You will fill prescriptions accurately, maintain strong patient relationships, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting growth of the pharmacy business.

Responsibilities include overseeing clinical services such as immunizations, mentoring technicians, and maintaining Meijer Policies.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree (BS/PharmD) and state licensure.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• Retail/Community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacy policies, procedures, and state/federal regs.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.
• Hold technicians accountable and mentor growth.
• Motivate team to perform at high levels.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer policies and state/federal laws.
