Meijer Pharmacy seeks a licensed pharmacist in Michigan to join a patient-centered team. You will fill prescriptions, maintain relationships with patients and staff, and oversee operations in the pharmacist-in-charge's absence.

You will mentor pharmacy technicians, educate patients, ensure compliance with Meijer policies and state/federal laws, and support immunization services. This role emphasizes patient care, accuracy, and team leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Registered and licensed in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana)
• Retail/Community Pharmacy experience.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy systems and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.
• Hold technicians accountable and grow the pharmacy business.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians.
• Motivate team members to perform at high levels.
• Know Meijer policies and state and federal laws.

• Prioritize workload with strong organization.
• Listen to patients and address needs.
• Oversee operations in absence of the pharmacist in charge.
• Perform and oversee clinical services, including immunizations.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
