The position requires a Pharm.D. or Bachelor of Pharmacy, 2+ years retail experience, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Pharmacist license in good standing.
Pharmacy degree from accredited US school.
2+ years retail pharmacy experience.
Minimum age 21.
Willingness to continue education.
Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and documents.
Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department within laws and policies.
Monitor budget, overtime, inventory, and pricing to minimize costs.
Provide excellent customer service and staff development.
Direct workflow to reduce customer wait times and errors.
Lead pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, and sales goals.
Promote clinical services and disease state management initiatives.
