Kroger in Colorado is hiring a Pharmacy Certified Technician to support health and wellness initiatives and assist pharmacists in daily duties. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage reception, data entry, and dispensing steps, and mentor newer technicians.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of Kroger Pharmacy Technician experience, plus 18+ years of age and state registrations as required. Growth and benefits are available.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of Pharmacy Certified Technician experience within Kroger.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Professional, dependable with good judgment and leadership ability.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to meet deadlines.
• Proven attention to detail and stellar customer service.
• Excellent communication with leaders and peers.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national/state registration, certification or license as required.

Responsabilidades

• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect patient information.
• Maintain required state registrations or licenses.
• Assist pharmacist with responsibilities not requiring professional judgment.
• Provide stellar customer experience in reception, data entry, adjudication and dispensing.
• Train and mentor new technician staff daily.
• Lead technician training and scheduling per labor forecasts.
• Represent the store in meetings and huddles.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering reconciliations.
• Ensure pharmacy safety and sanitation compliance.
