Kroger in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Certified Technician to support pharmacy operations, assist pharmacists, and lead technician training. You will ensure HIPAA compliance, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service while handling dispensing and data entry tasks.

The role requires 1 year of Pharmacy Certified Technician experience, 18+ years old, and a professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Pharmacy certified technician experience within Kroger enterprise
Must be 18 years of age
Professional, dependable, positive attitude and good judgment
Ability to handle highly confidential information

Responsibilities

Support health and wellness initiatives
Maintain HIPAA compliance
Maintain current state/national registration or license as required
Assist pharmacist in responsibilities excluding professional judgment
Provide stellar customer experience with reception, data entry, adjudication and dispensing
Train and mentor new hire technicians
Oversee technician training program
Lead store-wide meetings and huddles
Assist with scheduling and station rotation for hourly staff
Prepare for offsite clinics to support pharmacist
Oversee inventory management and reconcile orders
Act as safety SME and coach to correctness
Comply with sanitation and safety regulations per health codes
Comply with all regulations and report illegal activity
Administer immunizations where applicable
Perform essential duties of senior certified technician
Capable of performing duties with/without accommodation
