Responsibilities

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and privacy standards.
• Assist pharmacist with dispensing, data entry, adjudication and product dispensing.
• Maintain state registration, certification, or license as required.
• Provide stellar customer experience at reception and service desk.
• Train and mentor new hire technicians in day-to-day tasks.
• Lead scheduling and station rotation for hourly staff.
• Oversee inventory management and reconciliations.
• Coach staff to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Support offsite clinics and biometric/immunization activities as needed.
• Ensure sanitation and safety guidelines and programs are followed.
