Qualifications

• Information Systems (IS) Pharmacy experience required.
• Minimum qualifications include 6 years of Systems Analysis/Support OR 2 years with Associate Systems Analyst role OR 2 years with a Bachelor's degree in a computer science field.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for IT issues in designated health-system areas.
• Maintain knowledge of daily operations to ensure superior technical support and troubleshoot systems and applications.
• Participate in project management from inception to completion and perform other duties as assigned.
• Work across phases of systems analysis with guidance as needed.
• Understand relevant technology, tools, and methods; possess knowledge of core technical areas or business processes.
