Job summary

BayCare Health System in Florida is seeking a senior Systems Analyst to independently define system scope, lead analysis and design, and guide testing and documentation of patient information systems across our network.

You will mentor junior analysts, ensure change-management adherence, support upgrades, and collaborate with IT and clinical teams on multi-application deployments, with remote work possible within Florida.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in planning, design, testing, implementation, support, and analysis of programs and software.
• 4 years of specific systems experience with demonstrated competency in the department as a Systems Analyst.
• 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science-related field.
• Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite products.
• Application support expertise.
• Experience with the systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design.
• Participation in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation.
• Sound knowledge of multiple core technical areas or business processes.
• Understanding of interface specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in an Information Services-related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent with qualifying experience.

Responsibilities

• Formulates system scope and objectives based on customer needs and develops procedures.
• Leads the analysis, design, testing, and documentation of applications, including system specifications and guidelines.
• Provides technical leadership in resolving system logic issues and supports upgrades and modifications.
• Ensures adherence to change management policies and owns product and implementation issues.
• Mentors junior analysts and models excellence in customer service.
• Leads projects and supports multiple applications or institutions with full technical knowledge of all phases.
