Job summary

UI Health is seeking an IT Technical Associate (Pharmacy IS Analyst) in Chicago, IL to implement, configure, support, and manage Pharmacy and EHR-related software applications.

Working in a hybrid environment, you will collaborate with Omnicell and UI Health teams to gather requirements, design enhancements, perform upgrades, and ensure data integrity across systems. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of healthcare IT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related information management field or a clinical area of study.
• Minimum of one (1) year professional IT experience with healthcare information systems (Epic, PACS, billing, etc) to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacy IT systems and EHR integrations.
• Collaborate with Omnicell and UI Health teams to meet clinical and business needs.
• Plan, perform, and test software upgrades and releases.
• Develop specifications and ensure regulatory and university standards compliance.
• Provide 24/7 on-call application support.
