Responsibilities

• Receive and reconcile purchase orders with packing slips to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Conduct semi-annual inventory counts with Pharmacy Manager; support scheduled/unscheduled absences.
• Oversee physical inventories with Internal Audit and Finance; ensure proper storage and security of drugs.
• Maintain and load pharmacy automation for retail operations; ensure pedigree compliance per laws.
• Utilize pharmacy software to optimize PAR levels, forecast purchasing needs and manage slow movers.
• Coordinate orders with vendors using wholesalers, GPO, dropship, 340B or manufacturer designees.
• Collaborate with finance to provide accruals, counts, cross-charges and financial reports.
• Oversee recalls for retail and specialty pharmacies; support CSOS/online ordering.
• Assist with weekly/biennial controlled substances inventories; perform other duties as required.
