Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Inventory Specialist to execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the facility and Central Fulfillment site. This role supports pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and facilitating returns, while validating accuracy of inventory items.

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ months experience in inventory management or related field preferred.
Strong diagnostic/analytic capabilities for inventory data.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.

Mansioni

Validate SOP adherence and coordinate inventory activities with PIC, Site Director, and senior leaders.
Educate team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes and act as liaison for systems.
Ensure all deliveries are scanned and postings are accurate for pharmacy shipments at Central Fulfillment.
Maintain on-hand counts, perform cycle counts, and manage recalls and vendor returns.
Assist in maintaining inventory records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
