Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for the unified FuzeRx brand. You will be an inventory management professional turning data into practical process improvements, investigating discrepancies, and improving accuracy in complex operations.

You will lead inventory programs, build dashboards, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience with WMS and Tecsys preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy operations or related environments.
• Experience leading physical inventories and discrepancy investigations.
• Strong root-cause analysis and process documentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and data analysis tools (SQL/BI).
• Experience creating inventory reports and SOPs.
• Experience training staff on inventory systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce losses.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, movement, dispensing, and disposition.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members and measure performance.
• Support audits, new locations, and system implementations.
