Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Pharmacy Services Materials Coordinator in Mason, OH to compile, prepare, and generate purchase orders for pharmaceutical products while ensuring continuous supply. The role ensures accurate drug receipts, DSCSA compliance, and 340b program alignment across system and local pharmacy teams.

The position requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and at least 2 years of pharmacy materials management experience; a Pharmacy Technician

Qualifications

• 2 years of pharmacy field or materials management experience (required).
• Licensing as Pharmacy Technician in the state of employment; current certification/registration preferred or must obtain within 12 months.
• CPhT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with system and local pharmacy teams to ensure standard ordering and approval processes are followed for pharmacy purchases.
• Works with the authorizing pharmacist to complete controlled substances orders in CSOS and DEA 222 forms with proper documentation.
• Oversees perpetual inventory compliance and processes for returns and physical inventories.
• Coordinates annual or other required inventories and reconciles invoices with accounts payable.
• Manages inventory documentation to comply with DSCSA and 340b requirements.
