Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a warehouse associate in Ohio to pick, pack and ship pharmacy orders. You will monitor inbound and outbound products and support inventory accuracy across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Pharmacy supply chain, warehouse operations, or purchasing experience preferred.
• Epic Inventory application experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, fulfill, package, and ship orders on time.
• Follow established processes to fulfill orders accurately.
• Perform quality checks and packing; prepare shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas.
• Participate in projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and inventory controls.
• Operate material handling equipment as certified when required.
• Ensure DSCSA and 340b documentation compliance.
• Track inventory in systems and manage stock levels.
