Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, efficient prescription services and compassionate patient care. You will follow SOPs, learn store operations, and work under a licensed pharmacist to prepare for a Pharmacist role across immunizations, counseling, and clinical tasks.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists and Technicians manage patient health
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Counsel patients and field medical questions under supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Maintain inventory activities and assist with cycle counts and returns-to-stocks
• Deliver patient care services such as immunizations where allowed by law and training
