Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning to real-world practice under a pharmacist preceptor. You will follow a structured training roadmap and gain exposure to store operations across CVS locations.

You will support immunizations, patient counseling, and safe prescription processing while developing skills for greater responsibilities in a dynamic health care environment. This part-time internship offers broad patient interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.
• Part-time availability and ability to work in multiple store locations (as needed).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and patient education.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient privacy and safety standards.
• Support immunization efforts and other on-site services where allowed.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to ensure timely medication delivery.
