Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a school of Pharmacy program.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Develops strong relationships with customers.
• Assist in the practice of pharmacy under pharmacist supervision and in accordance with policy.
• Enter, process, fill, and dispense prescriptions as directed by the pharmacist.
• Counsel patients and support health services within scope.
• Report prescription errors promptly and adhere to quality policies.
• Maintain inventory, assist with stock and order management.
• Ensure pharmacy area is organized, stocked, and compliant with policies.
