Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions and refills.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Ensures pharmacy operations align with regulations and policies; assists manager with procedures and staffing.

Education

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree

Pharmacist licensure within 90 days

Certified Immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days
