• Maintains pharmacy IT knowledge and supports systems like Intercom Plus and StoreNET.
• Manages insurance claims processing and 3rd party audits.
• Dedicates to immunizations and wellness services.
• Develops relationships with local medical community and providers.
• Supports customer experience through engagement and service traits.
