Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and whether to consult a medical provider.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management; dispense medications as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies; assist in establishing procedures for efficient workflow.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy systems (Intercom Plus, StoreNET, automation) and propose enhancements.
• Support and analyze pharmacy performance data and KPI trends with management; contribute to asset protection and inventory management.
