Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Pharm D prior to start.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to ensure a positive experience and answer questions about medications.
• Counsel patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and generics; perform dispensations per regulations.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy systems (Intercom Plus, StoreNET) and propose productivity improvements.
• Manage insurance claims processing and resolve patient issues; follow up with providers as needed.
• Assist in inventory management and financial performance analysis; support KPI reviews.
