Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and confirmations of understanding.
• Assist pharmacist with compounding, dispensing, verification, and medication management during workload.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures; support efficient workflow and shift duties.
• Maintain pharmacy systems knowledge and assist with insurance claims processing and provider communications.
• Support community outreach and relationship-building with medical providers to promote pharmacy services.
