Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy degree prior to the start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and referrals as needed.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, company policies and standards; assists with opening/closing and shift duties.
