Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Pharm D degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within district guidelines.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and safety.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and dispensing as workload allows.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and supports efficient pharmacy workflow.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and processes; supports asset protection and inventory.
• Provides immunizations and preventive health services as needed.
