Walgreens is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide expert medication counseling, immunization services and comprehensive patient care. You will review prescriptions, perform drug therapy management, and help optimize pharmacy operations to improve customer experiences.

You will also support immunization programs, engage with the local medical community, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining patient privacy and accurate dispensing practices.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in relevant states within 90 days.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions and generics.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews and verification.
• Supports efficient pharmacy workflow and inventory management.
• Provides immunizations and preventive health services.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and insurance processing.
