Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in hospital unit-dose distribution and IV admixture program.
• Prepare IV medications including compounding and labeling.
• Fill routine patient orders for unit-dose carts and prepackaged meds.
• Maintain inventory and restock medications and IV area.
• Ensure accuracy, data entry, and adherence to policies and protocols.
