Job summary

CVS Health is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program designed to translate classroom learning into real-world practice. Under supervision, interns follow a comprehensive training roadmap to support daily operations, dispense prescriptions accurately, and deliver caring service.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide caring service to patients and colleagues.
• Learn SOPs, perform basic inventory tasks, and assist with immunization activities where allowed.
• Support communication with prescribers and patients to clarify and optimize therapy.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and store-wide coverage as needed.
