Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program within our Retail locations. You will apply your pharmacy school learning under a preceptor to gain hands‑on experience, following a comprehensive training roadmap and SOPs to support team operations and patient care.

You will learn to deliver safe, accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering caring service that exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in all customer and colleague interactions.
• Follow SOPs and participate in training to learn best practices under a licensed pharmacist.
• Support immunization services and other pharmacist-led patient care tasks where allowed by law.
• Coordinate with store leaders and traveling to stores in the market as needed by the business.
