Job summary

CVS Health in the United States offers a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program to apply classroom learning to real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist. You will follow a structured training roadmap with KLEs, participate in SOPs, and support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate patient service.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience in immunizations, drive-thru, and patient counseling, with opportunities to travel to stores within the market as needed

Qualifications

• Must be accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate effective communication with patients and colleagues.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Learn to comply with SOPs and store policies under pharmacist supervision.
