Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program across CVS Retail locations in the United States. You will apply didactic learning from pharmacy school into real-world practice under a preceptor, gaining exposure to store operations and patient-care activities.

You will assist pharmacists, follow SOPs, help with immunizations and patient counseling where allowed, and prepare for a Pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and assist pharmacists to ensure patient safety and accurate prescriptions.
• Provide patient-facing service with empathy and care while supporting pharmacy operations.
• Assist with inventory tasks and basic pharmacy workflow activities.
• Support immunization services and other patient-care activities where allowed by state regulation.
