Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world pharmacy operations. Under the preceptor, you’ll follow a structured training roadmap, gain hands-on experience, and learn about store, district, and regional operations while supporting safe, efficient patient care.

You will learn to operate within SOPs, assist with immunizations and patient counseling, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive team culture across shifts and stores in the market.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited college enrollment or acceptance.
• Active intern and/or technician licensure in progress or obtained.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Provide customer service and support to patients and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Perform basic dispensing math and inventory tasks.
