Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role. You will train under a preceptor, follow SOPs, and contribute to safe, accurate dispensing while delivering caring service across store operations.

You will gain hands-on experience through a structured roadmap, participate in immunization activities where permitted, and develop clinical and technical knowledge in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment or acceptance.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete the comprehensive training roadmap focusing on Key Learning Experiences (KLEs).
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Provide empathetic, patient-focused service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
