Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in a retail setting. You will apply school learnings to real-world practice under a preceptor, contributing to safe, accurate prescriptions and caring patient interactions.

The role focuses on SOP adherence, patient counseling, immunizations, and hands-on experience across production, drive-thru, pickup, and phone channels.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited pharmacy program enrollment
• Active intern/technician licensure as required
• Commitment to patient safety and SOP adherence
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and assist pharmacists.
• Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel and assist patients when appropriate.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed.
