Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice within our retail pharmacies, supporting the team to fill prescriptions safely and accurately while delivering caring service.

Under supervision, you’ll follow SOPs, learn store operations, participate in immunizations and clinical activities as allowed, and travel between market stores as needed to gain exposure to district operations.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment
• Active intern/technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Attend required training within designated timeframe
• Maintain accuracy in prescription labeling and dispensing
• Provide compassionate patient service and teamwork
• Assist pharmacists and technicians at various workstation duties
• Participate in immunization and other store services where permitted
