Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply school learning in real-world pharmacy operations. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will support dispensing, patient service, and immunization activities while learning store, district, and regional operations.

You will follow SOPs, demonstrate good communication, empathy, and teamwork, and complete a structured training roadmap with KLEs while maintaining accuracy and patient safety in fast-paced retail settings.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• In the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Maintain patient safety and accuracy in prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and effective communication.
• Support pharmacists and technicians in daily pharmacy operations.
• Perform basic math for dosage and dispensing calculations.
