Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in delivering high-quality patient care in our retail locations. You will gain hands-on experience under a licensed pharmacist, following SOPs and contributing to safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.

As part of the internship, you will learn store, district, and regional operations, while building clinical and technical knowledge to prepare for a pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians to manage and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescriptions.
• Counsel patients and answer medical questions under pharmacist supervision.
• Support immunizations and other pharmacy services where allowed by law.
