Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to join our in-store pharmacy team. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice, support the pharmacist and technicians, and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations.

Under a preceptor, you will follow SOPs, assist with medication fulfillment, offer patient counseling, and participate in immunization-related activities as allowed by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists and technicians manage patient health.
• Assist with prescription fulfillment and customer service to ensure accuracy and empathy.
• Support immunization and other patient care services under supervision.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with regulatory requirements.

Education

ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy (enrolled/accepted)
