CVS Health’s 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program offers hands-on learning in a retail pharmacy team, applying didactic knowledge to real-world practice under a preceptor. You’ll help ensure prompt, safe, and accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering caring service that exceeds patient expectations.

The role provides exposure to store, district, and regional operations, with training roadmaps and SOP adherence, immunization support, and opportunities to develop clinical and technical skills

Formación

• ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment.
• Intern and/or technician licensure in progress as required.

Responsabilidades

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Provide counseling, field medical questions, and gather patient history under supervision.
• Assist pharmacists to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, promptly, and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide caring service to patients.
• Support immunizations and other services where permitted by law.
