Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning in a real-world setting, supporting pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient service. You will follow SOPs, gain hands-on experience, and work with leaders across the district to build readiness for a Pharmacist role.

Under the guidance of your preceptor, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap with KLEs, participate in immunization

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentration over time; pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs; ensure prescription information and label accuracy for patient safety
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: proactively help people in a friendly manner; recognize and respond to patient reactions
