Job summary

CVS Health in Michigan is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice and to prepare for a Pharmacist role. Qualifications

• Required to be accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists and Technicians in managing patient health.
• Assist with prescription fulfillment with safe and accurate processing.
• Provide empathetic patient service and counsel where appropriate under supervision.
• Assist with immunizations and other services when allowed by law and trained.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed to support business needs.
