Job summary

CVS Health in Michigan stores is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world pharmacy settings, supporting pharmacists and technicians while preparing for a Pharmacist role. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or accepted into ACPE-accredited pharmacy program.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Counsel patients when appropriate under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
• Maintain SOPs and participate in inventory activities and cycle counts.
