Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to join our retail pharmacy teams and apply didactic learning in real-world practice. Under a licensed pharmacist, you’ll complete a structured training roadmap, supporting operations from store to regional levels while ensuring safe, accurate medication dispensing and exceptional patient care.

You will learn to operate within SOPs, participate in immunizations where allowed, and contribute to a culture of empathy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Assist in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across workflow stages.
• Provide empathetic patient service and answer questions during interactions with patients.

Skills

Pharmacy experience

Immunization certification (preferred)
