Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in our retail locations, participating in a structured training roadmap and developing clinical and operational skills under licensed supervision.

The role emphasizes patient care, accurate prescription handling, and opportunities to counsel patients, immunize where allowed, and contribute to inventory and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap focusing on KLEs.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Provide empathetic patient service and immunization services where allowed by state regulation.
• Assist with immunizations, counseling, and medication-related queries under supervision.
• Maintain inventory activities and support pharmacy leadership.
